Inositol is a substance belonging to the family of B vitamins, which is becoming more and more popular among those who want to have a baby, as it is often recommended for women with PCOS, i.e. polycystic ovaries, before having children.

The product also contains folic acid , i.e. vitamin B9 , an important water-soluble micronutrient, which is also one of the basic active ingredients of most prenatal vitamins, since our body synthesizes folate from ingested folic acid.

Folate is involved in the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.

For the sake of completeness, the product has also been supplemented with iron, zinc and  vitamin D, because these micronutrients are also important for the daily smooth functioning of the body.
