Recommended Use: Mix a dose of 5g with 250 ml of water 15 minutes before physical performance or immediately after workout. The drink may also be consumed during physical activity. Maximum daily dose is 5g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Mix the recommended dose well with water.
